In working with clients over the past 4.5 years, one of the biggest blockages they have, and complaints I hear, is about meditation. They can’t do it, don’t know how, try and quit within days, can’t quiet the mind, or can’t seem to commit to it. They ALSO say, “If I had someone to do it with, or guide me through it, or a group to hold me accountable, I think I could do it.. but I just can’t seem to do it on my own.”
I have gotten to the point in my work where I talk about the importance of meditation all the time with people, but because they can’t seem to DO it, they stay stuck in the same old story, the same old routines, the same old cycles and their life never changes! What: Soul Speak Meditation Class
When: Class Dates: April 17 – 30, 2019
Where: Zoom live video call – links will be provided ahead of time
Times: 6 a.m. & 6 p.m. EST
Sessions: 28 Sessions Total – 2 times per day – you can choose which session fits your schedule, attend one or both. Also have the option to do self-led with recordings.
Intro: There will be one introductory call scheduled separately and ahead of time, explaining how the class will go and things you can expect. This will also be recorded and posted for playback.
Exercises: Writing prompts, journaling, and self-led homework.
Resources: All sessions will be recorded and posted in one safe place for all students to access. Each recording will be posted each day, so if students have to miss live calls, they can access that same days lesson and do it on their own time.. watch it/partake in exercise (self-led) when they get home.
Community: Private Facebook group just for this class, so you can talk with fellow students or post questions for insight and support. Leanne will also answer questions in this group.
Q&A: There will be two 1-hour live calls each week – scheduled separately/in addition to class days.. for students to ask Leanne questions that may come up during your meditations, development, or a part of your unfoldment which can be confusing at times. If you cannot make these calls, Leanne will provide a way for you to post your question and she will answer it on the call. Recording of these calls will be posted as well.
